Prior to legal placement, Jessica worked as an advertising executive with major ad agencies.

Alissa is a Cum laude graduate from University of California, Santa Cruz with a double major in Psychology and Economics. She began her recruiting career at The Fiske Group in 2000. Prior to working as a search consultant, Alissa was an Account Executive for 10 years in Marketing and Advertising Sales.
